Bad Attitude and Bad Handling of Child patient

I would like to file a complaint against the dentist for having maltreated my child as well as myself during a session, which was only meant to be a check-up.<br> <br> The doctor decided he is going to work on my child's teeth, WITHOUT explaining anything to her or myself prior to putting a bunch of instruments down a 5 year old mouth. Proceeded in shouting at me when trying to confort my child, who was in Complete fear! My child is now traumitized and the CAVITY is STILL there....I did however pay 800 and when i called to mention the problem the doctor had, not only, no idea who I was (been a client for 8 years!),but I received the same BAD attitude and RUDENESS!!!
