Best Gynecologist
My pregnancy was never an easy one but with Dr Wilhelm van der Merwe I was able to pull through. A doctor that care so much about the patient, I was blessed to have him as my gynecologist. The doctor that make sure that the patient is happy always , very friendly and kind and loving soul with smile . I don't know how many times I almost gave up due to my health conditions , My doctor was always there for me throughout the pregnancy and through him I was able to come alive with my baby girl. I recommend Dr Wilhelm van der Merwe to any pregnant woman, he is the best Dr, especially when you want to be treated with care and love.

Best Gynecologist
My pregnancy was never an easy one but with Dr Wilhelm van der Merwe I was able to pull through. A doctor that care so much about the patient, I was blessed to have him as my gynecologist. The doctor that make sure that the patient is happy always , very friendly and kind and loving soul with smile . I recommend Dr Wilhelm van der Merwe to any pregnant woman, he is the best Dr, especially when you want to be treated with care and love.

The BEST dermatologist in Gauteng!
An incredible Dr and extremely client centric! She is extremely detailed in her prognosis making sure she tackles the problem head-on and with the right medication unlike numerous dermatologists who takes 5 mins and then prescribes something often leading to 2 to 3 appointments to get the matter resolved and cleared up. Thank you Dr Hanlie, your professionalism is valued!

The BEST dermatologist in Gauteng!
An incredible Dr and extremely client centric! She is extremely detailed in her prognosis making sure she tackles the problem head-on and with the right medication unlike numerous dermatologists who takes 5 mins and then prescribes something often leading to 2 to 3 appointments to get the matter resolved and cleared up. Horrific Dr
Absolutely horrific experience with Dr Van De Merwe. She is cold and out right rude even knowing I was referred from the ER. She told me multiple times that I likely had a miscarriage and seeing as I "want" the pregnancy I need to wait for results. No explanation on what results I was waiting for. She spent 3 minutes with me and was writing a script the entire time. No feedback, what the course of action is ect and was so rude when I asked for my blood test results. She refused to let me or my husband see my file. She had absolutely no compassion or empathy, no bedside manner. No Dr or human being should ever speak to a mother or another human the way that she did. She screamed at the nurse in front of me to the point where even minutes later the poor nurse was visibly upset. I am appauled that someone like this works with patients. I would not recommend that any female or mother to be to go see her.

Poor service from receptionist
Poor customer service form the receiptionist, was in the waiting room for almost 3 hours while my mother was crying, struggling to breath. Poeple that came after us, where called in first when I ask was told they made appointments but when we called in to make appointment, was told they take walk in's. If it was not for my mother would of long time gone to a different Dr.

Poor service from receptionist

Oversold me, terrible service, and even worse aftercare.
- Oversold me on services that I did not need (only found this out later) - Very impersonal service, always felt like a number although her services were sold as specialised - My braces were removed too early, when I complained they put normal braces back on (after I paid for the clear braces). I assume that this was based on the fact that Dr Petra moved to Cape Town and was rushing to complete all het patience here. - After removing the final removal of my braces, my below teeth were still crooked. The assistants who assisted after Dr Petra moved advised that the below plate will move it into place. This never happened and it is still skew. - My first front teeth plate had holes in it after they had to drill it to fit it into mymouth. The assistant advised that they are struggling with the supplier's products. They then re-ordered the plate, which now again has holes in. I am very unhappy with the services received by Dr vd Merwe, and I also tried to speak to her about it but to no avail. I also asked for the above plate to atleast be replaced and I received NO reply from her. This was 5 months ago. She oversold me on braces for my whole mouth but they only adjusted the 6 front teeth which I asked for initially. She never spoke to me in person, she only spoke when I was laying there with my mouth open to advise the assistants on what to do (before she moved). She always confused me with other patients. I feel when spending such a big amount which I had to save and for myself, you expect proper service. They probably think that everyone's parents can pay for these treatments, like they said at the consultation "you can tell your dad that it is going to cost him a little more". My dad died when I was 3 years old. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING DR PETRA VD MERWE.

Dr in casualty at hospitals
Vere bad service, demanding outstanding fees after 1 year of no account. No bank details where money needs to be paid after I requested for info over one year. Keeps calling me for money still with no info 800/0022541. How you trust people. Not even a big amount

Bad Attitude and Bad Handling of Child patient
I would like to file a complaint against the dentist for having maltreated my child as well as myself during a session, which was only meant to be a check-up.<br> <br> The doctor decided he is going to work on my child's teeth, WITHOUT explaining anything to her or myself prior to putting a bunch of instruments down a 5 year old mouth. Proceeded in shouting at me when trying to confort my child, who was in Complete fear! My child is now traumitized and the CAVITY is STILL there....I did however pay 800 and when i called to mention the problem the doctor had, not only, no idea who I was (been a client for 8 years!),but I received the same BAD attitude and RUDENESS!!!
