I'm so disappointed in the service we recieve at Val de Vie Paarl Hertz, I made a booking online reservation number 13RP3S and when I went to pick up it was declined due to not having credit card and affordability, but they took 2550 for the booking confirmation. The help desk lady was very rude and had no customer service, she even said that she will call security for my wife if we don't get out out of her office. This will inconvinienance us as we also made another booking for a Bnb in Goerge for today.
Was at the the store to buy groceries, was disrespected by a lady at the vegetable department. Requested to speak with manager and she told me must go look for the manager myself. Eventually got to the manager didn't show any sign of caring for my complaint all he said was will speak with the lady. Before leaving the shop went back to him Mr Williams the manager at the store in Shoprite Greenacre and ask do you even now who I was referring to or you just saying this to get out and his response was will look at the camera, which felt stupid to me coz he just didn't care neither will speak with the lady because he doesn't the lady that disrespected me in the store.
Poor customer service form the receiptionist, was in the waiting room for almost 3 hours while my mother was crying, struggling to breath. Poeple that came after us, where called in first when I ask was told they made appointments but when we called in to make appointment, was told they take walk in's. If it was not for my mother would of long time gone to a different Dr.
Port Elizabeth Flysafair Agent especially Adele Supervisor, she was very rude, racist and unprofessional. We missed our flight thanks to her and rulers that are only applicable in PE Airport not at Cape Town Airport. It is the first and the last time im flying with them, they not the only airline in South Africa ##FlySafairmustfall
