<p>Beware! Incompetent at best, malicious saboteurs. I can honestly say that our experience as a customer of Dragonfly Marketing has been one of the most horrific of our professional lives. We engaged Dragonfly to build a website and develop a social media marketing strategy for our start-up business, www.proflexpeople.com. The team misrepresented their capabilities as designers and developers and exploited our lack of knowledge of development. Customer input and guidance was almost completely ignored. The management showed indifference and arrogance towards us as the customer. We were left to feel like an inconvenience every time we tried to get updates or participate in the process. The most junior or least customer friendly staff were appointed to manage us, making us feel unimportant. There was a complete lack of accountability from anyone at Dragonfly. It was always someone else when things went wrong. The product was riddled with mistakes, dead links and poor copy. No attention to detail or pride in the quality of the work. No testing or quality checks were done before being sent to us. Everything had to be double checked and re-written. They showed no regard for our timescales or deadlines which resulted in missing our launch dates. </p> <p>The experience with the website development is also not an isolated incident. We had the same experience with the social media marketing. There is a lack of appreciation for the customer experience which is endemic in the culture of Dragonfly. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Over-priced and poor execution. For a website you are better trying to do it yourself.</p>
