Horrible experience

They dont provide you with alternative solutions to save you money at all. And if you query it with them after paying an arm and a leg, expect to be wrong. Because you dont know anything about plumbing you will be wrong regardless of the fact.

The person who I dealt with regarding my frustration became arrogant and rude with her snide answers.

An absolutely horrible experience and an expensive one at that. Bad attitude, bad service. Very unhappy customer.
