I am writing to express my frustration regarding the recent incident involving one of your employees JJ Pretorious who was driving a company vehicle and accidentally bumped into my moms car. This event occurred on earlier this year and while accidents happen, the aftermath has been extremely disappointing. The employee involved seemed unaware of the severity of the situation initially. After the collision, we expected a straightforward process where responsibility would be taken, and compensation would be arranged to cover the damages to the vehicle. However, we was shocked when we learned that the company is now refusing to pay for the damages. The lack of accountability shown by both the employee and the company is deeply concerning. I understand that accidents can be costly, but it's important to uphold professional responsibility, especially when it involves a work vehicle. The refusal to compensate for the damages not only reflects poorly on your business but also raises questions about your commitment to customer service and ethical practices. I had hoped that this issue would be resolved promptly and fairly, but the current stance has only caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I strongly urge the company to reconsider their position and take the necessary steps to compensate for the damages caused by their employee’s actions (vicarious liability). Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on their poor handling of this matter. And will be taking legal action for this.

They dont provide you with alternative solutions to save you money at all. And if you query it with them after paying an arm and a leg, expect to be wrong. Because you dont know anything about plumbing you will be wrong regardless of the fact. The person who I dealt with regarding my frustration became arrogant and rude with her snide answers. An absolutely horrible experience and an expensive one at that. Bad attitude, bad service. Very unhappy customer.

Because you dont know anything about plumbing you will be wrong regardless of the fact. The person who I dealt with regarding my frustration became arrogant and rude with her snide answers. I had a problem with my geyser yesterday morning ( Sunday) and logged a query with my insurance company who then arranged for drain geyser plumbing experts (DGPE) to attend to me. A lady by the name of Beulah called me from a cellphone number and advised that someone would be coming to me in 45 mins from Pretoria. Before her call I received a message from a company called Fogi plumbing solutions advising that they were attending to my query. Naturally, I made the connection between Fogi & Beulah thinking she is from the same company. About 45 mins after the call, I received another sms from drain geyser plumbing experts (DGPE) with a landline number indicating that someone would be coming out to me. After waiting about 90 minutes from the call from Beulah and 45 mins from the sms from DGPE I called to understand the reason for the delay. I first called the landline for DGPE and there was no response. I later tried the cellphone number linked to Beulah to follow up. She seemed clearly agitated by the query. When I tried to explain the confusion with two company names Fogi and DGPE and two different telephone numbers she became irrational about her working on a Sunday, and accused me of treating her like a ********. She didn’t give me a chance to explain fully. While still trying to get her to understand my query, she decided to withdraw her services and cut the call. She sent me a series of sms’s telling me the driver was outside my gate (which I later found ti be untrue, as he had only arrived 15 mins later) and that he would leave within 5 mins if she didn’t receive an access code. I called my insurance company to explain what had happened and to request for another service provider to attend to me. After the insurance company got Beulah on the phone she eventually calmed down and decided not to withdraw her services. This lady was clearly not happy to be working on a Sunday and was most unhelpful, unprofessional and downright rude. Thankfully the plumbers who were assigned to me were very helpful.

A year ago my geyser had to be replaced because it was leaking. The old geyser was attached to the wall outside the house. The new geyser was installed on top of my flat roof against my advice. This has now caused the roof to sag, allowing water to accumulate on the roof and leaking into my house. No tests were conducted to determine if the roof could carry a 200 liter geyser. The insurance now claims the leak is due to poor maintenance!!

Absolutely incapable company. Will not recommend anyone to use them. They are appointed by FOGI to do Nedbanks insurance claims but are not a company that should be used. Their reporting is false and incorrect and when you speak to the lady doing the reporting she gets very aggressive and rude.
