False advertising. Does not honour website prices.
Does not honour the website prices as advertised. I was looking for a 24" PC Screen and found a promotion advertised online by Incredible connection. The Samsung monitor was advertised for R2299. I contacted the Woodlands store to confirm that they do have stock. Sandile helped me and with the product code confirmed that they do have stock and she will keep one for me. I then send my Son and Daughter to go and get the monitor. When they wanted to pay for the monitor they charged them R2999. I spoke to the manager Patricia and she said the price on their side show as R2999. My son showed her the screenshot we took of the promotion but she said it does not show that price on their side and will not honour that price. I was referred to customer complaints. I spoke to them and they also said the price on the website is wrong and they will not honour that price. I geus Incredible connection can change prices as they please and does not have to honour them. Will not bay from them again.

Absolutely incapable company. Will not recommend anyone to use them. They are appointed by FOGI to do Nedbanks insurance claims but are not a company that should be used. Their reporting is false and incorrect and when you speak to the lady doing the reporting she gets very aggressive and rude.

Membership a total ripoff
<p>I was contacted by the South African devision of Hotel Express International and convinced by the sales person to join the membership program with promises of best rates and 50% discount on bookings made through the website or the call centre. I paid my membership fee and received my membership. Ever since I was not able to make one booking at any of the Hotels listed for South Africa and when I did get pricing it was without any discount. I can find cheaper rates for same class Hotels on other web booking systems. I consider the membership to be a total fraudulant system. I did reqeust my money back but of caurse no responce from them.</p>
