Stay Away from Hotel Express International!!!!! The worst Company Ever!!!!!
I am seriously REGRETTING joining Hotel Express International. It has been a year and half since I have been informing them that I no longer need their services. I get calls every day and I have blocked their numbers; but they use different numbers. I have been explaining to them they should remove me from their DATA BASE, the consultant will promise to do so; three days later or a week later they call AGAIN!!!! I have tried to be nice-that didn't work! Ended up being Rude-NOTHING, didn't work either! Hence now I have resorted into writing a Review about them. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR DATA BASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware hotel express offers unrealistic pricing
Hotel express called me begging me to signup. I refused for 1 month. They eventually promise me excellent rates on accomodation on an upcoming trip. After taking my r2970 subs, they say the deal has expired. I asked for a cancellation and refund. A month later still no refund.

Unhappy customer
Poor service, failing to deliver on what they claim to offer. Don't even contact clients on the client requirements. Just pathetic service in a nutshell but very quick to debit for payments. Please don't waste your time and money on this useless company.

They give no discount as promised by their sales agents. It’s a ****.
They never give any discount you pay them for nothing. Agoga and booking.com, which you don’t have to pay them anything gives better rates than hotel express.
