Beware hotel express offers unrealistic pricing

Hotel express called me begging me to signup. I refused for 1 month. They eventually promise me excellent rates on accomodation on an upcoming trip. After taking my r2970 subs, they say the deal has expired. I asked for a cancellation and refund. A month later still no refund.
