Unhappy customer
Poor service, failing to deliver on what they claim to offer. Don't even contact clients on the client requirements. Just pathetic service in a nutshell but very quick to debit for payments. Please don't waste your time and money on this useless company.

Unhappy ex-customer
My panic button was faulty, they disconnected it and promised to send a technician to fix it. They still billed me during the period it was disconnected. Eventually sent the technician who broke my cluster clips and mileage reset button. He admitted to his faults but Cartrak took forever to attend to the problem. I stopped paying them, sold the vehicle and only then started to enquire about the payments regardless of my queries. They insisted that I buy myself out of the contract that they themselves broke.

The worst school ever, only focused on money and don't give a rat's ass about the kids. They chase the kids out of the classroom if the school fee account is in Arrears. They don't even try to catch up with the kids once paid. Their finance department bill parents for services not rendered then threaten with lawsuits. They billed me a year after I removed my kids from their stupid school claiming that I owe them monies but they failing to prove that my kids actually attended school with them
