Bad service with fixing toilet
I had used Drainco when I needed to replace my geyser and received very good service from them. When I had a problem with my toilet they were definitely first on the list to call. The two guys replaced the flushing part and had to come at least three times because, not every time, but when I flushed the toilet made a hectic shrieking noise and I had to flush again to sort out the problem. I had to transfer the money for payment while they waited and they took a photograph of the deposit. This made feel very uncomfortable. The last time they came, they fiddle again and then said that they have had complaints about that make of part, but no suggestion to replace the part. I had to call another plumber who replaced the part and pay again. I will definitely not recommend Drainco, which was what I had been doing after the good service first time round

Total ripp off behind the smiles and mam this and mam that. Beware!!
Very quick response to call out. However I was charged R1300 for a new gate battery that lasted 2 Days. 4 days later came out and said it needed a new pc board. Riaan said he could get the pc board cheaper than me. So they came to replace the pc board and battery at a further costs of R2250. However, the costs of that pc board from the supplier is R1018. A total costs of R3500 which was a total ripp off.

Shocking company that will rip you off
Please do not use this company. They say no call fee I was chargedR1750-00 With shocking service and nothing done. The quote I received landed up being three times more than a quote from another plumber.
