I had used Drainco when I needed to replace my geyser and received very good service from them. When I had a problem with my toilet they were definitely first on the list to call. The two guys replaced the flushing part and had to come at least three times because, not every time, but when I flushed the toilet made a hectic shrieking noise and I had to flush again to sort out the problem. I had to transfer the money for payment while they waited and they took a photograph of the deposit. This made feel very uncomfortable. The last time they came, they fiddle again and then said that they have had complaints about that make of part, but no suggestion to replace the part. I had to call another plumber who replaced the part and pay again. I will definitely not recommend Drainco, which was what I had been doing after the good service first time round
Handed Samsung j1 Mini to repair speaker on 10/01/2018. The phone is still under warranty. Was told the repair would take five days. Still haven't got the phone back, have driven to from city bowl to Century City five times! Every time I go the consultant that I deal with promises to call and advise the progress. It never happens! I am not the only irate client! Clients think that they are dealing with Samsung so it is not good for their name either! I have never seen something like this!
