You wait and get nothing
I have been waiting since July 2025 for my full order from them after being promised more than once that it will be shipped by 'friday'. Do not trust them. I am contacting my lawyer end of month.

Frustrated client
I don't even know where to start, at first they were giving me hope, i registered my company and got my stock, very professional, then ordered lipstick. I waited for months, with no response from them next thing they delivered but, the product has been reduced to something that i dont understand like its for babie girls, my logo is not even properly displayed and even the colours that i ordered are not the same. I believe they have ****** so many people. When i ask they say i should keep them as sample they will do the right thing till today, my dream has been shattered just like that. Those who have been roobed by this Dream Cosmetics leta gather here and go to Sizokthola Mona Love chanel to help us. When it comes to ignoring people the so best. What a way to **** people

Frustrated client
I don't even know where to start, at first they were giving me hope, i registered my company and got my stock, very professional, then ordered lipstick. Contact me ASAP per email if you were s***med by this company, legal steps are being taken.
All those who have had trouble with Dream Cosmetics, contact me at gowbee@gmail.com, there are at least 5 ladies busy with reporting them to the bank, media and have lawyers involved. We are looking for all ladies that are willing to come together to hopefully get their money back and close their business down and blacklist them completely, even possibly getting them arrested for *****.

I connected with Esther from Dream cosmetics in June to get my brand on the go. I paid over R4000 for business registration, website and stock. I waited over two months, even now I never received stock. Esther, the lady I have been speaking to, now doesn't answer my calls and watsapp. I drove to their offices today, 29 September 2025. Only to find that they moved offices and that they ran away as they have been ****ming people and people are looking for them. Please do not deal with this company. ****mers of note, ****s and braking all the promises

Dream Cosmetics Johannesburg IS A ****!!!!
I strongly do not recommend this place!!! STAY AWAY!!! **** ALERT!!!! I decided to take up their "special" which was advertised all over social media which promised that Dream Cosmetics Johannesburg will assist me with the following: my makeup Company/Brand name to be registered, Logo to be designed, Product Photograpy (my branded product), website design and 1 branded product for testing an visuals.... Promised Production Lead Time: 4 Weeks.... I am now waiting for almost 5 weeks. All i have received is the logo design... I was promised that the company registration and the website design will be done by today 8/9/2025. ALSO BY THE WAY, WHERE IS MY BRANDED PRODUCT AND MY BRANDED PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHS THAT YOU PROMISED? I am not getting any response with results from these people except for some lame excuses once in every blue moon! I was patient enough. I should have followed my gut instict when i thought this was to good to be true!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE/COMPANY! Worst experience ever!
