Dream Drive Refund

I made an error when paying for my child school fee and made a payment of R2350 to Dream Drive Competition account. The frustration is that there is no contract number on their website. I can only send email. So I am very worried because I have lost money and I don't even know if my email is received and what I need to do to get a refund.
