dream furniture damaged cot
we have to wait 8 weeks for an order, when it arrived it was damaged on every section of the cot they then collected the damaged cot. I asked them to please overnight it when they sending back as it's a matter of urgency that I get my cot in time instead they sent it back with normal courier and it will take 4 days to get here and they say this is doing their best! this furniture is not cheap and is not quality products.

15 Jun 2021, 07:45As confirmed we do understand the urgency and are proud of our service levels- we have done our very best to replace the damaged unit within a week and have ensured we adhered to all our commitments - Unfortunately the damage was done by the transporter who is outsourced and we cannot influence their protocols - (we never agreed to overnight) We can confirm that a perfect unit will be delivered on Thursday to your home due to Wednesdays Public holiday.
