Sad service at Drifters Adventure Centre
I'm sad to say my experience at Drifters in Grosvenor Crossing was not great. I needed to return a defective item, and instead of removing the defective First Ascent jackets off the shelf, I was told that the zip pockets could not close due to the design. I mean a 2K jacket with zips that don't close. The Manager on duty (I didn't get his name) had a man bun was really rude and surly. I will not be spending my hard-earned money at this store. It's got great products, but the staff, especially the management, could do with some customer service training.

Best of the best Adventure Store
The best outdoor store in SA by far! A great team of people that keep impressing me (over 20 years now..) with the best gear selection and outstanding service and care for their customers! Thank you!

Great service. Never ever had bad service at this shop.
I'm preparing for a fully self supported Kruger Park hike and Kyle went out of his way to check my kit , fit my bag and get my tent checked even though he knew that I may not be buying anything. Highly recommended and, of course, I can never leave there without a purchase as there is too much good merchandise in the store.

Best Outdoor Adventure Outfitters in SA!
Drifters are without a doubt my favourite Outdoor Sports gear outfitters in South Africa. A great bunch of people who are really committed to helping you to get the most out of your outdoor experiences. Their service is next level compared to other suppliers I've tried so I just keep going back because they've earned my trust the hard way over 20 years!
