Sad service at Drifters Adventure Centre

I'm sad to say my experience at Drifters in Grosvenor Crossing was not great. I needed to return a defective item, and instead of removing the defective First Ascent jackets off the shelf, I was told that the zip pockets could not close due to the design. I mean a 2K jacket with zips that don't close. The Manager on duty (I didn't get his name) had a man bun was really rude and surly. I will not be spending my hard-earned money at this store. It's got great products, but the staff, especially the management, could do with some customer service training.
