Spam: Recruitment agency request money and is against the law!!!

I have applied for a vacancy on gumtree and received the following e-mail from DCC Jobs South Africa. This is against the law!!! From: DCC JOBS SOUTH AFRICA ********** Date: Mon, Oct 2, 2017 at 8:42 AM Subject: Re: Sales/Marketing Consultant OUR RECENTLY ADVERTISED VACANCY. This mail is in response to your application in our advertised vacancy. To proceed with the application process, we would let you know that After going through your mail we found a suitable position for you in our database and the Job is guaranteed. We would like to inform you that this agency charges R600 for your job registration fee with us, and is a guarantee that after your registration you will work. When you also start working 1% of your salary will be paid to charity organizations for the period of 12 months, if you are ready to pay the R600 fee let us know so we can make this JOB/INTERVIEW available for you.
