PATHETIC! No customer service. Complaints are not adhere to, never gets resolved and like to influence your credit record negatively even if they are at fault. I know all interest rates are going up, but if you want to negotiate with FNB Homeloans, they told me, there is nothing to negotiate because I am a bad payer. After my arrears have been caught up, we might talk about a better interest rate. You settle a loan, but realize that you made a mistake, they "close" the account, but still deduct money from my bank. They do not have control over debit orders. Debit my account as they please without my authorization. Deduct double installments from my bank, never rectified it and on different dates. They never rectified it nor bother to apologies for my poor credit record because of their own stupidity. They are not a bank with any empathy and do not listen to your own solutions to resolve the issue. I even cannot get my bond cancelled because they do blacklist you. Think twice if you want to apply for a home loan, vehicle finance or even do your banking with them. Their interest rates and bank charges are sky high and is non negotiable. The FNB departments cannot communicate internally, they treat each other as if they are from different financial institutions. If there is a bank that understands when it comes to high interest rates or to make arrangements, it is Nedbank. My Nedbank home loan and vehicle finance were always a pleasure to deal with their staff. They are lenient, understandable, have lots of empathy and always comes up with some kind of solution. Nedbank even accommodate me with a better interest rate. FNB - how can we help you? Pfffff! It is FNB - How can we cheat you!
My father passed away on 1st Nov, I visited the bank in the 2nd Nov to claim for his funeral policy with FNB. 20 days later after being shunting arround, they still didnt pay out the funeral policy.

<p>Vodacom still didn't get my query resolved. Went to Vodacom on Saturday and the lady informed me that I will receive a call from Vodacom on Monday. I only received messages and automated voice calls to pay my account!!!! Do I need to drive all the way to JHB or where ever the head office is to get my query resolved?</p>
<p>I have logged a complaint already, which was not resolved. My lines were reconnected, I have forward a reconciliation to Vodacom, and no one contacted me again. After I have made a payment AGAIN, which I was not supposed to do, my lines were blocked again since Friday. I even send a request to cancel all my contracts with immediate effect, but only receive payment demand messages. I am with Vodacom for 15 x years, but enough is enough! I need to get all my contracts cancelled with immediate effect. Since February 2017 I have been trying to sort out this mess, but until now, I only get credits for some of my queries and the rest has been ignored. You cannot speak to anyone who understands the problem and cannot speak face to face to someone that can assist. I have had it with Vodacom!</p>
<p>My account was debited incorrectly, I have paid my account, but deduct the incorrect charges. I have visited Vodacom customer care in Bloemfontein 3 x times, I phoned Vodacom customer care, I have send e-mails to Vodacom and my lines were suspended because of incorrect deductions. Credits were done incorrectly and my lines are still suspended for 3 x months now. I didn't pay Vodacom at all this month because they didn't open my lines and didn't give the correct credits to my account. I did send them an e-mail to cancel all my contracts. I WAS a loyal customer for more than 12 x years with Vodacom.</p>
