Drive South Africa - Refund Feedback

I booked a vehicle with Drive South Africa and upon my arrival in CPT is was informed by Tempest Car Hire that they had overbooked by a few days (which I paid for). I was then also shocked when there was a surcharge on my deposit which I was never made aware of before hand. I've sent numerous requests to them for a refund on both matters without any response.
