Good Day I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Our car was more than a week ago at this company. Our car's *****et shaft was broken and we asked the guy to fixed it and he told me that he would fix the *****et shaft and also put another diff. When we eventually got our Gearbox back the guy made more damage for us. We drove the car and when we went to 4th gear our car made a loud whining sound. We took the car back and the guy promised us that it isn't something to worry about and in the same sentence he told us that he would give us another recon Gearbox and change the clutch plate and everything for free, when me and my husband tried to phone him to find out if he has all the parts he ignored our calls. We asked someone else to phone and see if he is going to answer and he answered their call. I then took our car to another company for a second opinion, the guy tested the car and said that the diff is faulty and our Gearbox is also leaking oil(we didn't have this problem before we took the Gearbox to this people) please people avoid this company at all costs.

On 10 December 2025, I paid R12,000 to this company for a gearbox. I was told the gearbox was available, however when I arrived it was not. I was then informed that an exchange gearbox was required, which was never mentioned during prior discussions. The company offered to deliver the gearbox and swop it with my old unit, on condition that full payment be made immediately. I made payment on this basis. The following morning, I was advised that the gearbox would not work. I immediately cancelled the transaction and requested a refund. No gearbox was ever delivered or supp****. Since then, I have been repeatedly told that the refund would be processed “the next day” or “by Friday”. More than two months later, no refund has been received and my calls and emails are now being ignored. There was never any agreement that my refund would depend on the company selling the gearbox to someone else. This is unacceptable and unreasonable.
