Lost Item never recovered, Office is slow to respond

Worst service, I left my phone in the car I took. I cannot access my rides, profile to get the drivers details. Indriver said they informed the driver, but no one is contacting me about my phone. It's been 3 days. This is very unsafe app, if you leave something you can never get it back. You can not track your driver. It is frustrating. The office is so slow to respond.
