Feeding Scheme for Drivers
This is the second time drivers take my food. The first time driver could not get hold of me, when I contacted him, he said he is far. Now I added an old address, been trying to correct the adress the app does not allow it. I messaged the driver asking him to cancel and not pick up the food as the address is not correct. He still picked the food up and sent to the wrong address. The fact that there is no issue resolution that favours customers sucks. Why can I not cancel the order just 5 minutes after making it. This app is a ****, customers are always losing whether or not they made a mistake.

Lost Phone Never Recovered
Left my phone in the car, office is slow to respond. They said they informed the driver but no one is contacting me. It has been 3 days now. My phone is now off, I do not know what is going on. I cannot track my own rides and find the driver. This is a very unsafe app.

Worst service, I left my phone in the car I took. I cannot access my rides, or profile to get the driver's details. Indriver said they informed the driver, but no one contacted me about my phone. It's been 3 days. This is a very unsafe app, if you leave something you can never get it back. You can not track your driver. It is frustrating. The office is so slow to respond.

I feel robbed by Debonairs Pizza in Randburg
<p>I ordered something meaty std and the delivery guy brings a real deal. I only noticed after paying and the guy left. I called the call centre it was already closed when I call the delivery guy he picks up and promise to return. He never returned and ignored my calls after calling him several times. </p>
