Don't take your car to the Bellville branch, specifically if it is a VAG car. They will charge you a lot for a steering rack, then supply you with a faulty one. When you call them out on it, they send you pillar to post until the warranty expires, so that they have no obligation to assist you. They will also have a fine cheek to tell you to bring your car back to take it to an "auto electrician", which is just another workshop like theirs.

This business lies and will not assist you further once you have paid them

I have been to 3 different workshops including VW to fix the problem that they have created, and the verdict by all 3 workshops is for me to get a new steering rack.
