HORRIBLE HEARTLESS SERVICE

Worst service ever would never recommend your service to anyone. Took my car in for new keys and on the 13.12.2019 they closed for the holidays i begged that i could please collect my car at 3pm as they were closing at 12 and i was not able to make it for 12 but they refused so now im sitting without a car for my holidays while the owner is merrily away on vacation. How heartless can one be how do i enjoy my holiday if my car is locked in your workshop until the 7.01.2020. I even asked if i can collect the vehicle at the owners home but just a blatant no how very accomadating your service is pathetic i strongly will never ever refer your pathetic service to anyone.
