I am highly dissatisfied with my recent vehicle purchase at Driving Force. The condition that was promised, with a roadworthy certificate that was cleared successfully, is clearly not what was delivered.
My car was taken for a service, 4 months after purchase, and the vehicle came up with over R65k worth of damage - from shocks, to NO brake pads, to my turbo and gasket covers and huge oil leaks pouring through holes in the hoses.
These items would've been picked up by the roadworthy checks and it is very clear this did not happen. When asked for a copy of the roadworthy to confirm with the service centre on what was checked, no certificate could be provided with lame excuses such as "but the car was driving fine like you said" and "why did you take the car for a service". I believe it is my right to take a car for a service when I have the funds to complete the transactions and thankfully I did - if I had waited a year, as advised by the sales person at Driving Force, the whole engine would've blown.
I am horrified by the after sales service provided and I very disappointed with the car's condition. I would not recommend buying a car from Driving Force as I think their information has been adjusted accordingly.
