I recently bought a Porsche from this dealership, after just few weeks of driving it the car is now at Porsche dealership and not functional, these clowns and their fellow ****mers MVIA insure refuse to fix it, the pains that they have caused me will never go unnoticed, i will bring these *****sters to the book, once and for all!

I purchased my BMW X6 from Conrad & had service that exceeded all expectations. From vehicle finance to delivery. All little niggles were resolved timeously & professionally. I would definately buy another vehicle from Driving Force

They are situated in Montague Gardens. I have also reported them to the Ombudsman. This ill give you an indication on how serious this is for me and my family. Their after sales service is pathetic. They lie about what they have done on the car and their mechanic is *********** or they try to cut on cost by selling you a vehicle with poor conditions. They still owe us money for a motor overhaul that we had to do. Please consumers I have experienced their services first hand. There is many more things which I can bring on this post, but I'm sure you get the idea. Will still be reporting them on many other platforms so that this doesn't happen to anyone else...hopefully.

Poor service!!! I viewed a car about a week ago. I requested an offer to purchase (basically the quotation) and arranged my own finance. I knew the dealership would make some money from the bank if they assisted with the finance; however, I was getting a far better interest rate than they could not arrange. In the meantime, I had already secured insurance, sold my old car, and found a warranty for the new one. While waiting for the proof of registration for my finance house to make the payment, out of nowhere, the salesperson insisted that I take a warranty with their preferred provider because they have a relationship with them and claim that this provider delivers. There was ample opportunity to inform me of this earlier and setting aside almost R30K for their preferred warranty was on. The salesperson is also not interested in the fact that I plan to take out a warranty with my preferred provider. In my opinion, this is shockingly ********* behaviour, and I would advise thinking twice before engaging with them. Oh, and let’s not forget—apparently, you should be grateful because they make you feel like they're doing you a huge favour. Unless they’re incredibly busy (which, of course, they always are), you’ll need to chase them down for updates. So if you're looking to invest in something as important as a vehicle, perhaps think twice. Or even thrice.

I am highly dissatisfied with my recent vehicle purchase at Driving Force. The condition that was promised, with a roadworthy certificate that was cleared successfully, is clearly not what was delivered. My car was taken for a service, 4 months after purchase, and the vehicle came up with over R65k worth of damage - from shocks, to NO brake pads, to my turbo and gasket covers and huge oil leaks pouring through holes in the hoses. These items would've been picked up by the roadworthy checks and it is very clear this did not happen. When asked for a copy of the roadworthy to confirm with the service centre on what was checked, no certificate could be provided with lame excuses such as "but the car was driving fine like you said" and "why did you take the car for a service". I believe it is my right to take a car for a service when I have the funds to complete the transactions and thankfully I did - if I had waited a year, as advised by the sales person at Driving Force, the whole engine would've blown. I am horrified by the after sales service provided and I very disappointed with the car's condition. I would not recommend buying a car from Driving Force as I think their information has been adjusted accordingly.

I am not impressed with there service. I bought a car cash. The money flew into there bank and the service flew out the front door. Promises were made almost 2 weeks ago I am still waiting.

Excellent service. I sold my car quickly and received a fair deal. Razeem was professional, knowledgeable and explained the selling process clearly. He was organised and the paperwork was swift. A good example of great cuStomer service.

We sold our two bakkies to Driving Force because we were emigrating. The experience couldn't have been more efficient and professional. Razeen went the extra mile to ensure that the transfer fitted into our already crammed schedule. Everything was 100% clear and transparent and we were given fair offers on both vehicles. I have recommended Driving Force to friends and family.
