We purchased a trampoline for my Autistic 20KG 6 year old. This 1st trampoline (Bouncetech) lasted 7 months. Takealot provide a 6month warrenty & we therefore did not return it. We purchased another of the same trampoline which lasted 2 months. Yet again the springs tore loose from the base which is what the1st one did. I was not prepared to accept this POOR QUALITY. Our return claim (186848994) was rejected due to user damage but it gets jumped on, that is its purpose. It is sub quality standard material.
Over the years we have used Bellville Glass Centre @ 73 Strand street in Bellville for windows, aluminium doors, mirrors & customising our doggie door with bullet proof glass. They always excel with service levels & pricing that exceed our expectations. I thought that a real good SHOUT OUT was long overdue from my side. Keep up the great work & quality.
I purchased my BMW X6 from Conrad & had service that exceeded all expectations. From vehicle finance to delivery. All little niggles were resolved timeously & professionally. I would definately buy another vehicle from Driving Force
Ordered BMW X6 mud flaps which arrived 1 week before the promised date. They fit perfectly.
I must congratulate Sipho Mgebe from iCar Gezina, his customer service & personality is fantastic. I am in Cape Town & embarked on the challenge of purchasing a vehicle in Pretoria. He by far exceeded my expectations. The numerous follow up phone calls, videos & Video calls we made to each other just put me at ease & sealed the deal. My Mecedes Benz is on a courier on its way to Cape Town & this was all arranged by Sipho. He is a "Gem" and deserves acknowledgement for going the extra mile.
Nandos are not serious about Customer Care & our experience. On Wednesaday 30 June i had witnessed the unprofessional amateur operation of Nandos in Durbanville.. I immediately emailed them on the customer care line & via there website "Get in Touch". I called them 3 days later about my email. The lady said she will call me back. (It did not happen) I then sent another 7 emails - no response. Today 1 week later, Thokom calls but she said she would call back last week. She asked me questions which were all in my email???? Go Figure. We waited 50 minutes for our food which was cold & over cooked & then i still did not get my full order that i paid for. There was no leadership & everybody was rattled. Eventually all the customers were standing up & gathering around. There was also no music playing & if they responded earlier then this CCTV footage could have been seen by the Franchise owner.
I thought i would give them another chance as it is 2021 but nothing has changed. The Whatsapp chat takes "forever" You also have to contend with a "robot" All this in an attempt to retrench staff & forfeit the values of Customer Care and of course just Blame Covid for the call takers not being able to cope. This has been like this since March 2020.
Terrible from start to finish..Unprofessional telephone answering.Wait forever.Tried the call back service - Nothing. Debit orders going off against no service from Webafrica. Logged tickets - Receive automated reply but never a person to talk to even though you reply to the person of the automated reply...You can never speak to the same person....Nobody prepared to take ownership & are reluctant to spell there names. I am busy moving services & others that i speak to are also not happy & are also busy moving services. Blaming Covid for bad service,go figure?
I found them online & placed 2 orders with them over a few weeks. I found that on each occasion,there service was impeccable & the expediting of there product delivery very professional.
