I would give a zero rating if I could. I have waited patiently whilst watching my 65 year old husband Peter Jackson get taken for a fool by this shady car dealership. My husband purchased a Tata Xenon 2.2 2015 with 92000 on the clock. Whilst driving the bakkie home from the dealership it overheated and blew a head gasket. The dealership collected the vehicle claiming they would repair it. My husband has had possession of the vehicle for 1 month out of 5 months. They have collected it 5 times in 5 months. All this time they have been charging him the premium etc whilst he doesn't have possession. He cannot cancel the deal and they keep giving him the runaround. Please could someone advise me on how to proceed legally because this is affecting us terribly and this dealership doesn't care. My husband has been dealing with Jean de Lange who constantly gives him the runaround. brian@icargezina.co.za

0 or minus rating on this car sales place. They sell good ,unbelievable deals and later on the car is damaged and it's your problem. Cars are also smashed and repaired. Make sure, you don't fall for it. Don't be ******* !

Buying a car can be stressful with what i heard from others, but she made it effortless as i was just purchasing my first car. A true powerhouse — sharp, helpful, and handled everything like a pro is what i will call Pretty. Weshu,she sold me grey A class,yesssss!!!! Extremely Disappointed – Deal Not Honoured I purchased a BMW M140i from iCar Gezina in Pretoria just over a year ago, and from the very first day I took delivery of the vehicle, it had drivetrain problems. I immediately informed the dealership and was instructed to take the car to an RMI-approved workshop for diagnostics. Over the past year, I struggled constantly to get the vehicle running properly. I claimed from the warranty multiple times, yet the drivetrain issue was never properly resolved. After driving the car just over 10,000 km in an entire year, I am still sitting with the same unresolved problem. Owning what should have been a premium vehicle turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. Despite this, I contacted them again recently to enquire about purchasing another vehicle. They offered me a BMW M4, agreed to settle the outstanding amount on the BMW M140i, and even offered a R50,000 cash back after settlement on the BMW M140i. Based on that agreement, I accepted the deal. However, after driving the BMW M4 for approximately 17 km on the evening of delivery, it picked up a drivetrain fault. The very next day, I returned the vehicle to the dealership. That is when things took a turn for the worse. I was then informed that there was a “serious problem” with the BMW M140i and that they would no longer honour the original agreement to settle the M140i and apply the R50,000 cash back on the BMW M4. In other words, after a deal had already been agreed upon and the vehicle delivered, they decided to back out. I found this extremely dishonest and unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability, they attempted to persuade me to continue with a revised deal that was not what had originally been agreed. I refused to continue doing business with an establishment that does not honour its commitments. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Transparency, integrity, and standing by your word are critical in the motor industry — unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I bought a car from them in January 08 2025 the car has since been with them due to a faulty engine exposed wires and broken fender liner the car is also missing a splash tray Bad treatment from Mohammed muller and Juan. I was promised also a spare key but now since I took the delivery of the car Mohammed muller and Juan said am on my own
