I’m writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with issues I am currently experiencing with the Mercedes-Benz, purchased on 14-July-2025 from your dealership. Despite being a relatively new owner, I’ve encountered numerous problems within a short period of time, including: Weak performance of the car Driving switch mode malfunction Service Due (within 6 weeks already; the car is giving a signal that it is due for service) Spare Key Until I got stuck on 09 Nov 2025, the vehicle was towed to Mercedes-Benz for diagnosis and repairs. On November 10, 2025, I expected my dealership to assist and support me, but it was struggling and challenging for them until a friend intervened. I received an invoice totaling twenty thousand rand on December 31, 2025, which I have to pay because the key system is not covered by the warranty. I have sent it to them for further assistance; until now, no response from them. I kindly request you to assist with this matter. 🙏
