Failure to Honour Agreed Reimbur*****t – Poor After Sales Service I purchased two new vehicles from iCar Gezina, and as part of the agreement, delivery of the vehicles and collection of my trade-in vehicle were included. I arranged and paid for the transport myself based on the dealership’s agreement that I would be reimbursed. Despite submitting all proof of payment and following up multiple times, the dealership has still not honoured the reimbur*****t agreement. I am also still owed R12,000 for fuel refunds and smash-and-grab reimbur*****ts. The lack of communication, accountability, and after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. Repeated promises were made that payment would be processed, but nothing has been done. Based on my experience, I would caution others against relying on verbal commitments and after-sales promises from this dealership.
We got engaged at Adventures with elephants last year April and stayed at one of the privately owned properties inside Zebula for the week, the service was excellent Then we came to view your wedding facilities in December 2021 and loved what we saw... but to date we haven't received any feedback from you after multiple attempts from our side Just sad that we are still waiting for a quotation as we were planning our wedding at Zebula for this year September The service from staff and management of Zebula Golf Estate itself is beyond poor All the excuses we received from your staff is a joke and we will not recommend this place to anybody Oh... and your services doesn't come cheap just to get ****ty service
We have been struggling for months to add showmax to our DSTV account as our subscription permits, even on self service it doesn't allow me to access the option and simply doesn't "pick up" my ID number. Numerous emails have been sent for assistance but to no avail.
