It is fraudulent to sell stuff you don't have!!!

I bought service parts for my robot vacuum on the 8th of March 2022, till today (3rd of May)I haven't received anything! I think it is fraudulent to sell stuff that you don't have! They actually send me a mail that my order is on its way....and a week later, they have problems with their couriers!!! Then a week later, sorry we are having problems getting orders from China!!!!
