A company quick to sell you a product, but no backup for the unit 18 months on. No batteries for any of the Autel Evo 2 or Autel Lite drones, yet they are available worldwide from multiple online stores. Sadly wont support Droneworld again. Helpline is useless, it just rings. Emails to the owner/manager Liesel Adams dont get answered. Will take my money and buy online from the official brand store.. Droneworld is a waste of time and don't have the credibility to support a brand like Autel Robotics 14 Nov 2022 …. So I thought I should add to, and update my experience after Brian made contact to me. I have been awaiting batteries …. Which according to Drone world was on order but has not arrived. I eventually spoke to the owner manager Liesel who told me that NO batteries have been ordered, s they have not had any enqueries about battery orders. Thats despite me calling them for 5 months every month non stop and talking to their customer help line who told me - " there is an order incoming and they are awaiting them " - She would look into this and get back to me……. So far 4months later after talking to her on her mobile.... nothing. She hasnt even bothered to respond to my emails sent. After numerous calls and a bad review on Google, I was eventually called by a guy called Brian whom I have dealt with before. I explained the situation to him. I required batteries…… and why don’t they have. I was then told their procurement team would look into getting me batteries…. But wait….. for 6 months I was told the batteries are on the way ? And they are going to be delivered pretty soon ???? I was even told they were at customs waiting for clearance ??? Now they had to be ordered ??? Someone was lying. He indicated he would get back to me. One month goes by. Nothing…… I message him and I am told that their procurement team cannot get batteries as there is a world wide shortage. Very strange as all the online stores world wide have batteries…. Autel’s main store in China, US and the EU have batteries, but Drone World says there is a shortage ? I point this out to him….. he says he will get back to me….. again - month goes by…. Nothing. I eventually call Autel in the US at the robotics management headquarters. Within 2 days I receive a number for the EU importer in Germany. A day later I have a quote….. If you’re in the market for a drone. Look else where. Drone Worlds management is beyond useless and incompetent. They cannot deliver the basic items to clients who spent boat loads of money on products. Their backup sales is beyond useless. They cannot scource simple items like batteries and make excuse after excuse as to why it cant be done. Yet a client can locate batteries in 3 days and get them shipped to SA. Something Drone World indicated they cannot do. You will be better off supporting someone like Orms, or just dealing with the online stores yourself and ordering your products directly from them, because dealing with Drone World will end in tears. You have been warned

I Wish I can give them no stars at all. My wife ordered me a Christmas present in November from them, it was a mavic air 2 battery charger for the car and a battery for the same drone, received it. I only opened it in January and both the charger and battery did not work. I contacted them to replace or repair. They collected it very quickly and since then it is a struggle to get hold of anyone. No one can provide me with feedback. So basically they stole our money from us.

No customer service. Don't get back to you. Don't answer phones or whatsapps. Cannot log repair ticket for warranty claim. They keep avoiding you until the warranty has lapsed. Extremely disappointed.

Good day drone world, It is amazing how quick response was when I was in the market to buy a Robot Vacuum Cleaner. And how sluggish it has been ever since I PAID for it…??? e-mails go unnoticed, WhatsApp’s go unnoticed, and I am now sitting with a useless Robot Vacuum that does not work. And ALL because a Bush on the mail brush is not in stock now for months. The MOP function has never worked, and I have sent countless videos and explanations of what I have tried and how it does not work. This seems to a waste of my Bread and Milk money for the week (I will spell it out – SARCASTICALLY…!!!) R12, 000.00 wasted. It does not seem easy to post on drone world’s web site. So, I will post on Hellopeter.com

Good day drone world, It is amazing how quick response was when I was in the market to buy a Robot Vacuum Cleaner. I bought service parts for my robot vacuum on the 8th of March 2022, till today (3rd of May)I haven't received anything! I think it is fraudulent to sell stuff that you don't have! They actually send me a mail that my order is on its way....and a week later, they have problems with their couriers!!! Then a week later, sorry we are having problems getting orders from China!!!!

I had a fantastic first time experience with Drone world. I purchased an 850T robotic vacuum cleaner which arrived promptly and works beautifully!!! I must also mention I got a great launch special on the price!!!! Both before and after sales service has been really impressive. Ashley assisted patiently and answered all my questions and concerns, and has continued to guide me when I have had some queries on how to best operate my machine. I would highly recommend this company and their outstanding service !

I had a fantastic first time experience with Drone world. I purchased an 850T robotic vacuum cleaner which arrived promptly and works beautifully!!! I have spoken to a lady named Robyn on the customer care line - Bloemfontein Let’s face it working in customer care can be difficult, but this is no match for Robyn's passion. She is the friendliest customer care consultant I have ever dealt with. She is so patient answered my every question, guiding me and took notes as I spoke to her. How do I know? She read them back to me and ensured me that a sales consultant will take very good care of me - and If it takes too long, I can phone her again. I have no clue what I am looking for or what I need, Robyn guided me to have the right questions on cue for when the sales consultant phones me. Robyn thank you for your service, and well done for being so passionate. Your friendliness is contagious

I bought a DJI Magic pro from drone world and received a second hand/demo unit. There were sensor issues and the drone did not want to fly back to me on its first flight. Needless to say I returned it. After contacting Ashley and Brian about the drone that had clear wear and tear/ damaged externally as well as the sensor issue, they promised me a hard case for the inconvenience. More than a year later and that still did not happen. They cannot be trusted, I wouldn't recommend them.
