Droneworld empty promises!!!!
Well I'm back! I posted a review previously, more than a year ago! I complained regarding the fact that we have ordered a car charger for my Mavic Air 2. Got it! Tried to use it and it did not work. We send it back and that was the last. I then posted a review on here and a response was given with a set of propellers as a gift for inconvenience, and was told that they currently do not have the item in stock and will be sent one when stock arrives. I still haven't received my charger !!! This is unacceptable.

Useless service- Faulty products
I Wish I can give them no stars at all. My wife ordered me a Christmas present in November from them, it was a mavic air 2 battery charger for the car and a battery for the same drone, received it. I only opened it in January and both the charger and battery did not work. I contacted them to replace or repair. They collected it very quickly and since then it is a struggle to get hold of anyone. No one can provide me with feedback. So basically they stole our money from us.
