Best Customer service Ever

I have spoken to a lady named Robyn on the customer care line - Bloemfontein Let’s face it working in customer care can be difficult, but this is no match for Robyn's passion. She is the friendliest customer care consultant I have ever dealt with. She is so patient answered my every question, guiding me and took notes as I spoke to her. How do I know? She read them back to me and ensured me that a sales consultant will take very good care of me - and If it takes too long, I can phone her again. I have no clue what I am looking for or what I need, Robyn guided me to have the right questions on cue for when the sales consultant phones me.
