It is a pleasure to commend Werner van Vuuren for his outstanding customer service. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly, from quotations to deliveries. Werner is always willing to assist, even when adjustments or corrections need to be made. His professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude make him a true asset to the team and a pleasure to work with. I stood in the que for 25min , I am heavily pregnant and waited paitiently for my turn just to have the pharmacist ammounce that they are closing in 5 min and won't be able to assist anyone further . I feel that he could've made the announcemnet earlier as we were 6 people in the que . They were also short staffed as only 2 people were serving customers during peak time . I am very dissapointed and had to visit a hospital pharmacy . Would not recommend this pharmacy as it wil be a waste of your time and energy especially when you are not feeling well .
I got excellent service from Stephanie on the customer care line. She had all the information I required, answered my every question and went the extra mile on explaining everything in a manner that I could understand. Thank you Stephanie
On 11 May 2023, I lost all hope as I was struggling to resolve software issues on our Pastel Partner program. I phoned and was lucky enough to have Bonke Matola answer the phone. I spent roughly 2 hours on the phone with Bonke, at times I had to hold the line as she gathered needed information, she gave me constant feedback and kept my nerves at bay. Her calm manner and professionalism made 2 hours feel like 15min. She answered my every question and guided me towards a better understanding of the program. She went far beyond my expectations and she took care of my every need. If she didn't know something she found out and continued assisting me, not once did she get impatient or frustrated. From the moment she answered until we resolved the problem she stayed friendly. After the session she asked if I needed assistance with anything else, I was so surprised by that. She assisted me with another matter and when we were done it felt like a team effort, she made me part of the experience and explained everything she was doing every step of the way. She definitely left me better than she found me. Well informed and excellent customer service Thank you Bonke Matola for making my day and week better and seeing to my needs, you relived me from alot of stress, keep up the good work. I went to Pick n Pay this morning just like most mornings. I use the same bank card every time. Tap and go. This morning 09/03/2023 at about 07h30 I went to Pick n Pay Kays center. Bought water and a few other things the lady at the till does not have the water on tap price so she is running around trying to get it, so I tapped my card and the card keeps on decling Check or savings but it's a credit card I used this same card at the same store just the night before, the lady refers me to the kiosk and here we go again the employee behind the counter is shouting for the attention of one of the cashiers at the normal tills, she does not have the water price. She tells me to select check and the transaction will go through, obviously it did not because it is the same speedpoint machines. So this employee tells me that I must be sure how much money I have in my account before I come to the store. I tell her I know how much money is on my card . She advises me to withdraw cash, I ask her where as the Absa teller outside the store almost never works. She said that I can do a cash back in store, so I ask her how on earth will it work because then I can just as well pay with my card at the till as per normal and she saw that the speed point doesn't take my card. Impatient and lack of knowledge, poor customer service. I went to withdraw money from the atm came back to pay, and guess what - employee does not have the water price. We shop at this store on a weekly basis and the last couple of months there is poor merchandising and many price errors on promotional items Its sad to think that I spend most of my salary at that grocerie store as it is closest to my house. I would rather drive to a different Pick n Pay
After a morning of terror, many phone calls and frustration I got into contact with Jerry Skei a Senior Sales advisor who went out of his way to get me in contact with the correct people for my needs. Jerry is always passionate and ready to help Then Rossie Saadiqah contacted me, in all my time working with sage I never received such great service. Rossie went out of her way explaining to me every step of the way, answering every question with passion and calmness and insuring that I get on the same page as she is. She spent 40 mins of her busy day dedicated and determined to assist me. She even went so far as to send me an email aftwards with guidelines on how to complete the rest of the operation on my own ( as the information required was not available from my side at the moment) Jerry and Rossie Thank you so much The world would be a better place if everyone had your outlook on customer service and had your passion and drive for your work, the world would be a better place. Thank you for teaching me, helping me and leaving me better than you found me
We normally visit Showgate Romans in Bloemfontein but staff seems over worked and the phone doesn't get answered. They also got our order wrong on multiple occasions. We decided to visit Romans Langenhoven Park, to my surprise the staff seems just as worn out and tired. We got our pizza went home, my husband found a dead fried fly on his Pizza. This so unhygienic and makes me question the environment the food is being prepared in, I have never came across a friendly staff member in Romans Bloemfontein and now the food quality is also disappointing
I have spoken to a lady named Robyn on the customer care line - Bloemfontein Let’s face it working in customer care can be difficult, but this is no match for Robyn's passion. She is the friendliest customer care consultant I have ever dealt with. She is so patient answered my every question, guiding me and took notes as I spoke to her. How do I know? She read them back to me and ensured me that a sales consultant will take very good care of me - and If it takes too long, I can phone her again. I have no clue what I am looking for or what I need, Robyn guided me to have the right questions on cue for when the sales consultant phones me. Robyn thank you for your service, and well done for being so passionate. Your friendliness is contagious
I received the best service from Ameen in the Canal Walk store, he referred me to the Cavendish branch as they had stock that I needed . Upon answering the phone the voice on the other side was so friendly and to my surprise Justin delivered outstanding service. He helped me with enthusiasm and patience. Well done Justin and thank you for making my shopping experience so fantastic
