Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch

Excellent Service
I've dealt directly with Stadex over the passed 5 years, and not once have I had any issue with their service and stationery supply. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful by their physical office. I would recommend Stadex to any potential businesses looking to buy stationery for their offices.

Excellent Service
I've dealt directly with Stadex over the passed 5 years, and not once have I had any issue with their service and stationery supply. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful by their physical office. I would recommend Stadex to any potential businesses looking to buy stationery for their offices.

stadex polokwane , cheap but fake
Stadex is selling inferior quality, i bought stationery for about R18000, half of the things I bought there are not functioning well, and they are not in any terms to resolve their matter. From their salesperson to the manager in head office, they have been trained with the attitude to steal from the small business by selling inferior quality, the brand is real, but the quality is something else. I had a terrible business experience with Stadex , especially Polokwane branch My advice is please buy at any other stationery shops and leave Stadex, you will have peace and get value for your money

I will never recommend Stadex Stationery to anyone ever
I cant even put a half star for a review of this company. There were plenty of sales service the day i went to buy the suitcase (6 September 2021) the lady told me i have warrantee on the suitcase and its one of the best they sell. 3 months later (My boy only used the suitcase for 3 months) the handle just broke of in the middle. I phoned the Bloemfontein Branch (Werner the Manager) i did send him the pictures, he told me he will send it to HO and will get back to me. Not a word from him since i emailed the pictures, i tried to phone, he is busy they will ask him to phone me back, still nothing. I phoned again today, oh he received feedback sorry the handle is not on warrantee, only the bag. I phoned HO spoke to Josef and he also said sorry they do not cover the handles of the bag. I would like to send this photos of the bag to the supplier of the bag, as this is very poor quality for a bag handle. Please can you contact me regarding this as i am not happy with the end results i received. I can not send the bag away for 2 weeks and leave my child without a bag for school. The bag was R820 it is a lot of money to just throw away in 3 months. Thank you Janine 0790868966

Broken Printer, supplier refuses to repair or refund!!!
So i went to these guys, bought a Epson printer, when i took it to my office, it did not work, i took the printer back, they tried to fix it, still no difference and tried to call Epson service for a solution and they were told that they cannot fix it either. Stadex in turn told me they cannot replace it with another one or refund me my money for a machine they very well knew was damaged and broken and blatantly sold it to me!!! Imagine, a businessman being sold s****, how does my office function now as we do printing on a daily basis??? That printer was R4250 which was money out of the business to buy and yet you tell me you cannot refund me??? If that was the case i would have just went to Makro and bought it there knowing that i could return it with no hassles. What kind of business do you people run where you cannot replace a machine yet alone give a refund for your negligence???? Utter rubbish i must say!!!

Manager told me that its not his problem that i bought cheap punch
We Purchased x4 paper punch from them that were faulty and they exchanged them and when the replaced punch broke. We get told that at the beginning of the transaction we were given plenty options for paper punches and we chose that one and that isnt their problem that we chose a cheaper one and now its broken. They will not be replacing it. Such utterly disgusting attitude from Imtiaz and his manager. Never buying from them again.
