I cant even put a half star for a review of this company. There were plenty of sales service the day i went to buy the suitcase (6 September 2021) the lady told me i have warrantee on the suitcase and its one of the best they sell. 3 months later (My boy only used the suitcase for 3 months) the handle just broke of in the middle. I phoned the Bloemfontein Branch (Werner the Manager) i did send him the pictures, he told me he will send it to HO and will get back to me. Not a word from him since i emailed the pictures, i tried to phone, he is busy they will ask him to phone me back, still nothing. I phoned again today, oh he received feedback sorry the handle is not on warrantee, only the bag. I phoned HO spoke to Josef and he also said sorry they do not cover the handles of the bag. I would like to send this photos of the bag to the supplier of the bag, as this is very poor quality for a bag handle. Please can you contact me regarding this as i am not happy with the end results i received. I can not send the bag away for 2 weeks and leave my child without a bag for school. The bag was R820 it is a lot of money to just throw away in 3 months. Thank you Janine 0790868966

Ek het mense gekry om dit reg te maak, die eienaars weier om dit te betaal en om die res van my deposito terug te gee. Die tannie Rudi Cronje was die vrou met wie ek nog van die begin af gesels het. Sy was so oulik en koni wag dat ek intrek nie en was nice toe ek se ek kani die huur meer bekostig nie, wat sy my laat weet het amper einde Januarie 2019 dat die huur opgaan vanaf einde Januarie en dat my kontrak verval dan. Ek het die hele November en Desember gesukkel om hulle in die hande te kry om kennis te gee want ek wil na n ander plek trek en ek het baie gesukkel met die parkering. Hulle was tans vir lank op vakansie en die sekretaresse wat die oom Kassie Cronje se foon geantwoord het, het gese sy sal die boodkskap oordra. Die tannie het my laat weet ek moet nie worry nie want sy sal nie sukkel om ander huurders te kry nie en dat sy die woning sal begin adverteer. Hulle het die huur so opgesit, ek het iemand in my plek gekry maar die persoon het gedink dis te belaglik. Die dag toe ek uittrek wat einde Februarie was, het die tannie my die oggend laat weet sy wil iemand kom wys, ek het hulle laat kom terwyl ek besig was, daai dag se die tannie vir my sy het nogsteeds nie die woning begin adverteer nie, maar sy sal nog. Tot vandag toe sukkel ek met my deposito en met die geld wat aan die maatskappy moet betaal word vir die regmaak van hulle woning. Die lewe is nie reg nie, en dan kry mens nog sulke skelms wat dit erger maak. Mense moet sien watse skelms daar buite is.</div>

I have logged a trouble ticket with technical department and someone did phone me in connection with this and told me they are working on this case, in the meentime I must just continue to roam on Vodacom. When i am roaming on vodacom, the data is so slow i cant do anything. This is pathetic that no one can even know whats going on. REF: SD556848</p>
<p>I had a bedit order that went of at my bank wich i did not know of. I called customer service ABSA they gave me a number to call, i called them and after 50min the lady answering is telling me that they are a company that authorised debit orders for other companys, she gave me another number to call wich is the company the debit order is for, i do not know them as they are selling half price coupons for diamonds. I called again the ABSA Customer care and she tell me sorry they can not help me i must contact the fraud dept. After i called the fraud dept this lady then tells me sorry she can also not help me i must go to a branch, i called the brach near me and gues what they are still busy renovating so they are closed. Few hours on the phone and still ABSA do not give a **** about their customers and realy i dont know how can ABSA let anyone can just let debit orders go of at their customer banks if they did not even sign for it. </p> <p> </p> <p>ABSA you realy need to wake up. That is why there is a lot of customers that is moving banks. Ather banks help their customers over the phone and dont shunt them around. But no, you just dont give a ****. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well geuss what, i am so closing down my bank account with you, i am sick and tired of the SH*T Cistomer care that you give. </p>
