The most horrible delivery service Ive ever received by far... parcel was due to be delivered on the 10th but somehow it still sitting at a hub in CPT and no one can give a clear answer not estimated expected delivery.. the agents dont even offer to call you back with feedback instead ure told to check them after 4 hours and even the theres no way forward.
I receive one more rude call from you call centre because you payment system has not updated I will report the harassment to the ombudsman. Please check my payment and update my account and records accordingly. Why do you offer online payments when you wont update but instead harass customers. You call centre people are disgustingly rude
What utterly disgusting service from the old afrikaans tanie that clearly doesnt know how mtn processes work and even willing to help/ learn and find out how they can effectively help. So dissapointing.
Been waiting for a call for my delivery after almost two weeks. They claim my phone doesnt ring but can send me sms that they tried calling. No one has bothered to call me back even after all attempts ive made to arrange delivery myself
I was never so dissapointed to find worms in my chocolate granola.. 🤮🤮🤮. This is not the quality the brand brags about.. very very dissatisfied.

Bought a Nerf gun in Feb from the boksburg branch and the gun is now broken. The staff and the manager could offer me no solution or repair centre that i could find.. nor can they exhange it for me.. utter rubbish that one can buy a 800 gun and have no solution when it breaks
Business banker by the name of Kedibone Ramaila has been completely unhelpful and even rude to us. After the passing of one of our directors even after informing her of this has jot advised us nor told us what the next step is and when addressed she told us she spoke to us previously ( which was when he was sick and she advised on issuing new cards and not about death ) and all she could say was that business practice which we should already know.. utterly terrible and makes one want to move banks.
Utterly disgusting service from the Benoni branch.... I signed up for a sanlam reality membership which I was told was only for one year that membership ended and I stopped going and a year later lawyers contact me to tell me I owe the gym.. I would like my name cleared from this rubbish and my name removed from database permanently. My next stop will be ombudsman
