I returned a faulty Air 2S Drone that I purchased at R27 661 in December 2011 (Order: 353500) on 12 January 2022 to be fixed under your warranty. As I write this (21 March 2022), I still do not have my drone back. I have contacted Droneworld on numerous occasions, often with my emails being ignored. I am tired of this back and forth. I have requested Droneworld to return the faulty drone ASAP and that request was answered with another unfulfilled promise of a fix or replacement unit.
I am kindly asking for Droneworld to return my fault drone seeing that the company is unable to fulfil its warranty obligation. This is a plea to return my drone because I paid for it.
