Please NEVER support this super unprofessional outfit. I had to return a drone for repairs and it has been more than a month, several emails later, nobody is responding to me. I think they stole my drone. AVOID VOID AVOID them - massive red lights here

I returned a faulty Air 2S Drone that I purchased at R27 661 in December 2011 (Order: 353500) on 12 January 2022 to be fixed under your warranty. As I write this (21 March 2022), I still do not have my drone back. I have contacted Droneworld on numerous occasions, often with my emails being ignored. I am tired of this back and forth. I have requested Droneworld to return the faulty drone ASAP and that request was answered with another unfulfilled promise of a fix or replacement unit. I am kindly asking for Droneworld to return my fault drone seeing that the company is unable to fulfil its warranty obligation. This is a plea to return my drone because I paid for it. Thandile

I purchased a drone and received excellent service, and the product was delivered to their Sandton pick up point the next day. Drone box, and drone was in excellent condition. Definitely a trustworthy business!

Drone World knocked it out the park! I had a last minute urgent requirement on a Friday and they went the extra mile! Thank you guys for coming to the party and lekker to of have had this great experience! We so often gripe at **** service levels and standards and not celebrate enough of the good! Well done and thank you once again!

I bought a Kyvol S31 online, which firstly indicated that if you buy it in the morning it will be same day dispatched (also took the express delivery option) on top of that. When it arrived it was faulty - I tried to reach them via phone, which they told me to log a ticket, which I did on Saturday morning, with no response received by Monday morning yet, I phoned again. The answer for all the delays are that they not open over weekend, but they sell a 24-hour online-technical support with the Kyvol. I logged a second ticket, with the first response being received on Monday afternoon, just requesting the error message which I added to the ticket in the first place. Yet another day has passed, leaving me at exactly the same place where I started 5 days ago, regardless of me purchasing the online-technical support, with a faulty Kyvol S31.

Bought a drone from Drone World (online) and, while under guarantee, it stopped working properly. The camera function, with or without an SD card, stopped working. I contacted Drone World, logged a fault and was told to courier the faulty drone to Cape Town where I dealt with Natasha. After a while I got some feedback that they couldn't find a fault and asked what SD card I used. They had clearly not checked the drone as I left the SD card in it Now, two months later, I hear nothing and Natasha does not answer my emails Think twice before purchasing anything from Drone World.

In December 2020 I purchased my first drone online from Droneworld, to use for professional purposes. The pre-sale advice, interaction and service with Droneworld's sales personnel was prompt and cordial. Thanks to the inefficiency of their delivery company called Courier-it, the parcel was eventually delivered to my home in rural KZN 3 weeks after being dispatched from Cape Town, but that is another matter. Droneworld's after sales service is a nightmare. On 11 January I encountered a problem downloading photos from my drone to my laptop. The user manual app offers no solution for this, so I phoned Droneworld in Cape Town and eventually got through to a lady called Natasha, who advised me to send her an email as all technical staff work from home due to COVID-19. I asked for a cellphone number of a technician, which was refused. On 13 January I logged my dilemma to Natasha by email. She then sent me a link which I find very disturbing. Any customer wanting after sales service/advice from them needs to first pay either R359-00 for email advice, or (wait for it....) R499-00 for telephonic advice. I then replied in protest saying that I would merely like to have a quick word with one of their IT gurus to see if their was a quick fix for my dilemma. Getting nowhere with her I eventually asked to speak with her manager, whose name she refused to divulge. She said she would ask him to phone me back. Needless to say, I am still waiting. If you are on the market for a drone, shop around. Never before have I encountered such after sales arrogance!
