I recently posted a negative review because Makro delivered 1 Amazon kindle, when I ordered 2. Makro came to pick up the order again (containing the 1 Kindle) and are now looking to keep the Kindle, but refund only 1 kindle. I need either my fullrefund for 2 Kindles or for you to send me 2 Kindles. Order number MAK9452073 and reference number EIGB

I ordered 2 Amazon Kindles and they only sent me 1. I logged a return on 7 March. It's simple, they should collect the 1 Kindle and send me 2 (or at least just send the missing one?). 7 phone calls to their call centre later, numerous emails, twice escalated - still no outcome. No communication, useless call centre agents. The experience has been an absolute disaster. Please do yourselves a favour and avoid shopping online with Makro - rather support the likes of Takealot and Amazon, companies that understand customer service

People are quick to complain when service is bad, but I want to take the time to compliment Norah Molope from your call centre. After 7 calls to your various call centres and frustration as nobody could help me, I finally got through to Norah. She sorted out my complex issue within 20 minutes. You need more employees like Norah

I havee emailed Edgars for months to close my account but they fail to do so. Do NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES open an account with Edgars, they just keep debiting my account every month. It's against the NCA
I booked a car with Thrifty Car Rental, OR Tambo on 2015/09/11 . The person assisting's name was Clinton.<br> <br> Firstly he was EXCEPTIONALLY unprofessional, being very slow to help me and also talking to his colleague continuously and thus taking forever to help me. There was an issue with the booking amount on my credit card (of which Thrifty did not inform me was necessary) and in dealing with this the supervisor Tasneem was also VERY rude. The service from both her and Clinton was distasteful. Apart from the issue with the credit card (which was also a bad experience) the staff did not leave me feeling that they wanted to help.
