DOUBLE STANDARDS

A few months ago I went to Droomers Bellville to buy a bikers jacket. In the shop it looked ok, but it's quite dark and it was suppose to be a ladies jacket, but when I got home I really felt the sales person sold me a men's small, and it was far too puffy and big for me. I hanged it up and contacted them a few days later, explaining that I live quite far and want to return it as its too big and bulky for me, the person on the other line said no problem, I must just keep the slip and return it when I get the opportunity. I live far so don't go that side alot, and it stayed in my cupboard for a couple of months. On the 6th of June I finally had the opportunity to return the jacket, I even phoned early the morning and explained to someone that I was coming through specially to return the jacket, he asked if I had my slip and I said yes I do.
