I signed up some time back but then informed them that I do not want to proceed at this stage. However, since early February 2021, every Monday at 1pm without fail, I receive an email asking if I require more support.
I have tried to - unsubscribe: button does not work - respond to the email that it comes from: it bounces - write to support@dropstore.co.za: it bounces - contacted them via Messenger twice: they said they would look into it, a 2nd time an employee gave me her direct email, without any result - wrote on their FB page: got deleted - wrote on Insaka's page: someone gave me the co-founders name - contacted the co-founder Adewale Adejumo via Insaka's page directly: no response
In the age where every business is stressing about being POPI compliant, they are blissfully unaware/don't care/non-responsive.
I could of course just block them, but that would not make them any more compliant.
