Drunk Waiters serving dirty food and Bad customer service
After my visit i had to get home and still cook super after attending your restaurant i realised more that i shouldn't have even paid for my order. This waiter was very drunk on the job. He even dropped my food in front of everyone and had the decency to serve me the same plate which I refused to pay. They took the same food which was part of what was dropped ,wiped the same plate with dish cloth and tried to serve me the same food. Where is the department of Health or Regulator to monitor this food hazzard. He asked me for R200 cash when I was paying for my kids' food and drinks as I left without even eating. Your landline is not working...another reflection of the sick serving i received today. If you care about your customer you will reach me back. Date : 27 July Waiter : Methuseli Time : 17:01

Dishonest check your bills
On the 30th of December, I came through to Dros Kyalami with my family. I was served by a waitress named Sisanda or something to that effect, she served us well and have no issues with that however when it was time to pay my bill was R1101.90 I added a R100 tip to that and my total was supposed to be R1201.90 but I realized the next day when I went through my transactions that I was actually charged R1301.90 . My husband also gave her a R100 cash tip. This is really dishonest, and I have sent them an email but didn't even get an apology

Dros, a rip off
Typical corporate that wants to charge for chilli, garlic (R17.99) and provide you with a Coke which has written on the bottles R6 a fee of R 22.99. I say pathetic. I know i will never go to a Dros again. Lastly on complaining to the manager he basically said dont come back. I say to Dros my money is better spent elsewhere. See you like never again

Dros, a rip off

Dros midrand......worst experience
Worst food experience. ....pls be warned .I order chicken schnitzel first one two little prices half burnt, second one tasteless. ...no seasoning deep fried in old old ,the side vegetable no seasoning. ..tasteless. ..cold . Sauce severed in little ramekin maybe about 3 table s****s when I asked for more i was a huge problem must pay for ....food seemed deep fried in old oil or cheap recycled palm oil....waste of
