<p>Ordered food online - www.click2chow.co.za</p> <p>FROM DROS Silverlakes.......</p> <p>The Calamari & prawns tastes like cardboard ... not that hard - but that tasteless!! OMW! It is horrible!</p> <p>Never had food this bad..... while I paid more than R500 for this food..... had to threw it away......</p> <p>Although they marinated the Eisbein, it still tasted like nothing...</p> <p>The ribs ..... ugghhhhh. Lets just leave it there.....</p> <p>What is going on with Dros? Management? Kitchen?</p>

<p>My husband and i had the worsed experience last night, which was meant to be a memorable day ended up being the one day I never want to remember. </p> <p>we went to dros last night at around 7pm and the place was not as full as i expeceted seeing that it was Valentines day and they usually have the best service for such occations.</p> <p>We stood at the door waiting to be directed to where we can sit but we stood for more than 5 ninutes and there was no sign of a waiter, waitress and not to mention a manager was also not on the floor. We eventually caught a guy that was about to walk past us and asked him to show us where we can sit, he gave a a place to sit plus the wine menu and that was all he did. He dissapeared and we never saw him again we sat for close to 15 minutes with no one looking at trying to serve us or even a concern as to why we are setted there. Eventually a guy in a black shirt came to us and asked what we want to drink. he didnt have the decency to apologies and even explain to us the course of the delay in the service. he was very Jumpy and unapologetic as if he was doing us a favour by getting us the drinks. he then stood by the door and called out a guy that looked terribly tired from all the running around he had been doing. The guy in the black shirt told that guy we had been sitting there for more then 20 minuted with no assistance, he then asked the guy to serve us. as the other tired waiter was explaining to the guy in the black shirt that they are short of staff, there is only 8 waiters 4 outside and three inside he can not hadle the pressure no longer. </p> <p>What shocked me was the fact that the guy in the black shirt seems to be a manager but he stood at the door and did not even care to atleast take our food orders or even help the poor waiters who ran around like headless chickens. </p> <p>there was bout three tables outside that was not served and we watched them leave thinking they will assist us eventually.</p> <p>But to my dissapointment we also ended up paying for our drinks and we left 1h30 later. </p> <p>Please change and get managers that want to assist and give a quality service. I am not impressed </p>

<p>DROS SILVER LAKES under management of Owner JANNIE CRONJE - Wednesday 25/05/2016 – Promotion of a Hamburger plus a Hunters Dry:</p> <p>On the specific night the promotion was run, patrons were informed that the special cannot be served as DROS SILVER LAKES had run out of Hunters Dry.</p> <p>Patrons requested to have a cool drink with the meal instead. Management denied the request saying it is not permitted but were happy to sell the meal with a glass of water.</p> <p>A short while later we as parents to the patrons, visited DROS SILVER LAKES and ordered Hunters Dry without referring to the special. We were served Hunters Dry with no limitation on supply or stock whatsoever.</p> <p>Dros Head Office claim to be looking into the matter but to date have not replied with any actioned feedback.</p> <p> </p>
