Wilgeheuval Hospital. Avoid XRAYS. The service is shoddy - they overcharge - make errors on accounts - Admin keeps one holding for 11 minutes - after they bill incorrectly - and then try phoning reception - they refuse to assist - they cannot even listen - and refuse to transfer one to the practice manager. What a shoddy practice - and all to sort out 2 of their billing errors. Can they not count? Do they not understadn customer service? Avoid like the plague!
