Pathetic service

The worst service I have ever received. I felt like I'm at a government hospital though I'm at private facility. The nurse who took my BP is an old lady that is very rude,, I waited for the doctor for almost 2 hours, then they brought in some guy whom I don't believe is not a doctor who incorrectly filled in my form. They don't really care about patients when it's time to knockoff. Please teach your staff to show empathy and sympathy because we pay for those services,,, the old lady should go on pension because she is not friendly and doesn't like her job.
