SUPER BAD SERVICE AND SURELY IT WAS THE LAST TIME
The worst bad unbelievable poor service we received from the long waiting period in the admin "centre stage" as they classify it to the doctor that used her mobile torch to inspect our daughter's throat that i had to assist her in holding the mobile torch as i could see that she was struggling already my spine was shivering, upon her assessment she could not even tell us what is it that she suspects, we had to tell her what meds our little one had used before etc, like it felt like we where at one of the local goverment hospitals/clinic's which such behavior would be expected . The doctor went on to say that we need to collect meds and injection that a sister will inject the child however to our surprise came a gentleman that asked if we waiting for what, i answered that we have an injection that we collected from their pharmacy and as he asked we give it to him AGAIN to our surprise this guy was just wearing a white T with no name badge, together with my wife we thought he is an assistant to the qualified nurse/doctor that is going to inject our child. Good heavens this guy proceeded to say i should bring the child so he can inject, i immediately told him NO i am not comfortable with him preforming the task he left the room and came in another lady that also failed to introduce herself and injected the child in a method or way we still not happy about. we went to request a for a service platform where we can lay a complain or suggestions which is NOT available. fast forward came a gentleman he said he is the client service manager and we relayed him our bad experience and all he said was sorry and he will talk to them. I urge anyone for peace of mind to seek alternative medical center especially when you are paying fees just like a private sector. what a waste of time , even the facilities are full of dust the walls . we cannot believe that Dr Tickely's Medizone has expanded their facilities to employ or make use of *********** personnel. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY VISITING THEIR PRACTICE ROOMS, Different doctors everyday . People go there thinking they will be treated by Dr Tickely as it states outside to your surprise Boom a new *********** doctor. disgusted totally. The so called service manager till now he hasn't called back, sies

Pathetic service
The worst service I have ever received. I felt like I'm at a government hospital though I'm at private facility. The nurse who took my BP is an old lady that is very rude,, I waited for the doctor for almost 2 hours, then they brought in some guy whom I don't believe is not a doctor who incorrectly filled in my form. They don't really care about patients when it's time to knockoff. Please teach your staff to show empathy and sympathy because we pay for those services,,, the old lady should go on pension because she is not friendly and doesn't like her job.

Pathetic service
The worst service I have ever received. I felt like I'm at a government hospital though I'm at private facility. Staff attitude
we received a horrible experience from the staff, we were in the queue and there was no attendance from the staff. Then another patient walked and she was immediately asked if she was assisted and what was her file number.......like do have a system in place for patients or? she provided the file number and she was getting attention while were waiting there unattended. The guy working there alerted Constance who seems to be a manager there and she screamed across the room asking me what was my problem. Was the staff even taken to customer care training? Im never setting my foot ever there

They way I'm so angry I'o think I have been referring pm now to sick to the bones. It makes me sick all over again when I think of the number of patients I have referred to this medical practice. I'm am extremely disappointed and hurt that I even cried. My son was refused to get medical attention after all the drama because he was eating a lolilies which he bought from them.i still can't believe I received such treatment from Dr Tickley's Medi Zone vereeniging. I'm torn apart

Day shift Staff - Pathetic
I am Truly disgusted at the level of disrespect this practice has for patients. My Mother had been called for a follow up appointment to discuss her Blood test results. She had been pushed around to different departments, She waited for 3 hours and still no results were given. As my mother walked to the departments she was told to go to, staff members started yelling why are you sending the whole of Africa to my office ". Truly Pathetic. I will not be going back there , neither will I recommend anyone to go there.

The Doctors rooms are open after hours which is convinient but when you get there to see a different doctor everytime. Service is poor as you don't get to build a relationship with your doctor. You pay for consultation and they give you medication with no extra cost however they the dose they gave me in April the 7th was too heavy for me. Instead of getting better i felt more sick. I stopped with the pills for two days and went back there after trying again. They ordered me to pay another consultation fee and not a follow up fee so I left the rooms and went to a different doctor who was able to assist. Dr Tickley is never there but Nigerian and other doctors from other countries who are concerned about money and a persons wellbeing. There is another review about Dr Tickley's rooms.
