Fast and Furious driver are unreliable, unprofessional and unethical. The driver called me at around 11h30 to confirm availability, I then followed up at around 16h00pm and I picked up that he was chilling somewhere with my parcel. He then called me at 19h30 to make a delivery at my house, different number and wasn't even sure if this was the same person. It was uncomfortable and not save.
Order was not delivered in full without a warning. I had to follow up however Faraaz was quite helpful.
My clothing was stolen from my luggage by one of house keeping ladies. The hotel then advised that a lie detector will be done but if the suspect passes it I will have to pay for it. Not helpful.
Refund was received but only after taking the matter to Hellopeter. Thanks Hyperli.
The Doctors rooms are open after hours which is convinient but when you get there to see a different doctor everytime. Service is poor as you don't get to build a relationship with your doctor. You pay for consultation and they give you medication with no extra cost however they the dose they gave me in April the 7th was too heavy for me. Instead of getting better i felt more sick. I stopped with the pills for two days and went back there after trying again. They ordered me to pay another consultation fee and not a follow up fee so I left the rooms and went to a different doctor who was able to assist. Dr Tickley is never there but Nigerian and other doctors from other countries who are concerned about money and a persons wellbeing. There is another review about Dr Tickley's rooms.
I had an issue with one of the service providers after confirming time and date for a massage. Hours after confirmation Hyperli service provider called to confirm otherwise. We could not reschedule as our voucher purchase was influenced by service providers availability. I then contacted Hyperli explaining what happened and that I needed a refund as their service provider was trustworthy and I had already booked for a massage at another place. Hyperli team responded and it's been over 15 working days with no refund and they are no longer responding to my follow ups e-mails. Their vouchers are risky as there is no close relationship between Hyperli and their service providers. 0% reliability (Wax In The City).
I had an issue with one of the items purchased and felt like I did not need it anymore so I requested a refund instead of a replacement. Snatcher support team responded to every e-mail that was sent to them and refund was processed even before faulty item was collected. Good to deal with. Thanks Snatcher for a great customer service and communication.
